Compare the Work Plan and Decision Structure
Give each candidate the same fact summary, known deadlines, documents, and questions. Ask for hypothetical arithmetic that matches the written clauses.
Score each option on verified facts, issue fit, clarity, proposed work, availability, communication expectations, decision respect, financial transparency, and immediate deadline control. Record unanswered questions and promises that should appear in writing. The goal is a defensible choice for this client and matter, not a claim that one firm is objectively superior to every other Columbus option.
