Edward Pollard

Edward is a native Houstonian and currently serves on Houston City Council. While an undergraduate Edward was an NCAA Academic All American in Basketball.

His commitment to the people of Houston also inspires his passion to fight for his clients. Edward has an outstanding success rate and has won millions of dollars for his clients.

Edward is the founder of Suits for Success, a 501c3 organization that mentors teen boys on life skills a high schools in the City Council District he represents, District J.

Lucas has been a Texan since he was two years old. His fight for justice started in representing those who needed it the most in the criminal justice system. It was here that he learned the hardships of those who could not afford an attorney and simply sacrificed their rights to a complicated system. He saw firsthand families take deals from insurance companies because they didn’t have the wherewithal to fight.

His resilience and persistence to fight for the underdog stems from those who underestimate him. Lucas’ disability of legally blind has become his strength in going the extra mile for his clients.

He is an attorney not afraid to take the insurance companies to trial if his clients are not getting a fair shake.

Simon Fraser started his career as a prelitigation attorney representing thousands of injured victims throughout Texas gaining favorable outcomes without having to file a lawsuit.

Simon is an experienced trial lawyer and has argued matters in the Federal Western District of Texas as well as numerous counties throughout Texas.

Simon spent a brief tenure as a civil litigator representing numerous corporations as well as big insurance companies and their insureds.

He gained valuable insight into the defense strategies and tactics of large corporate defendants and insurance companies.
